Help us congratulate WNTI’s leadership team! The Western Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies recognized Julie Meka Carter, Jon Sjöberg, and Therese Thompson with the 2018 WAFWA Contributor of the Year Award at its annual summer conference. The award nomination read, in part,

“WNTI is transforming from a small granting entity to one with a strategic focus on where best to invest and partner to ensure the most effective results. Carter, Sjöberg, and Thompson’s partnership and hard work embody the conservation goals and objectives of WAFWA and bring hope for sustainable change for western native trout.”
