The WAFWA Executive Leadership Meeting will be December 9-11, 2026 in Denver, Colorado.

This meeting will be two and a half days with a very limited agenda that allows WAFWA leadership (Directors and Deputies) to focus on strategic planning, implementation, and reporting for the current Fiscal Year. Invitations with additional information will be sent around Labor Day. In the meantime, plan for arrival on Dec 8, full day meetings Dec 9 & 10, and meeting Dec 11 until noon then departing.

Our Annual Summer Meeting will be open to the public and where our partners and committees and others from the western fish and wildlife conservation community can participate and engage with leadership.
