WAFWA’s 2024 Summer Meeting

On behalf of the Western Association of Fish & Wildlife Agencies and Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife, we invite you to join us at our public 2024 Summer Meeting to be held at the beautiful Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, Washington.
The Summer Meeting will bring over 400 U.S. and Canadian fish and wildlife professionals together discuss shared biological, management, and land use issues. The event will attract professional fish and wildlife biologists (including commissioners and directors from over 20 states and provinces), managers, administrators, and others in fish and wildlife related fields.

Group rate of $249 per room plus tax and fees. Please make reservation by Wednesday, May 1st to secure the discounted rate.

Lodging – Skamania Lodge
A discounted group rate of $249 per room, per night plus 9% tax and a $23 per room, per night resort service charge is available to WAFWA participants at the Skamania Lodge. There are a limited number of federal per diem rooms available (federal ID will be required when checking in). Please make your reservation by Wednesday, May 1st in order to be guaranteed the group rate. Click here to reserve online.
Alternate Lodging Accommodations
Lodging is also provided at the Best Western Plus Columbia River Inn at the Bridge of the Gods. This hotel is located approximately 3 miles from Skamamia Lodge. The rate is $199.00 plus 8.25% tax. Transportation between Portland International Airport (PDX) and Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, Washington
We recommend that you rent a car to get to Skamania Lodge so you have flexibility to sightsee, get to area restaurants, etc.
