The Northern Wild Sheep & Goat Council’s Workshop is a biennial meeting held in even numbered years.  The workshop provides a forum where leading wild sheep and goat managers and researchers share research results, management strategies, and emerging issues in the realms of wild sheep and goat management throughout North America. The Virtual meeting registration options include online attendance to the stream of the symposium presentations. Questions and comments can be made through the stream chat and live voice.

Participants will be emailed at a later date with a link and instructions on how to log in and participate (ask questions, provide comments, etc.) virtually in the symposium.

• The nearest international airport is Salt Lake City Utah International Airport (SLC) (https://slcairport.com/); Delta Airlines does fly twice a day from SLC to the Elko Regional Airport.  Depending on your origin city, the overall price to fly into Elko thru SLC is reasonable.  NDOW can help shuttle folks to hotel from regional airport.
• Ground Transportation from SLC – car rental, Greyhound bus, airport shuttle bus, and Amtrak are all available to Elko from 3 to 4.5 hrs trip (230 Miles). NDOW staff can help with ground transportation. Reach out to Emily Hobbs or Mike Cox.
